    Failed registration

    Yesterday I completed the registration form, as Bob Kellock, but didn't get an activation email.

    I tried re-registering with the same details but was refused as it was reported as being an existing user.

    I tried emailing webmaster@en.irfanview-forum.de but that was bounced.

    I've now registered with a different name, email & password which worked OK but I would like to use the previously supplied data.

    Could a moderator try and sort it out for me please?

    Needs to be done by admin. I think he's busy updating the forum software this weekend. I expect he will get around to it soon. Remind us again if nothing happens after a week.

      Hi,

      did you look in your e.g junk or spam folder ?

      A few days before another user had problems with not getting any activation mail. I checked the smtp settings for the forum mail account, but i was ok ...

      I am going to check it again !

        i am using another email address for sending the activation mails.

        Now i´ll test that with some new forum accounts.
