No. I don't think there is any such plugin for Irfan View.

      Richard Rosenman's Tiler is excellent.

      So is Mehdi's Seamless Border
Mehdi's site offers a free collection of Photoshop-compatible filter plugins. Use these plugins to enhance photos or for creative effects.

      I use both of them.
      Its: Belongs to "It"
It's: Shortened form of "It is"

      Lose: Fail to keep
      Loose: Not tight

Not a plugin, but I like to add XFader.
Lots of tiles can be found at its site : Pegtop daily texture.

For a one-off situation, why not just use the tiler built-into Microsoft Windows? Use your image as wallpaper, tiled of course. Close all windows, move your icons out of the way, then use the Print Screen key to capture the screen. Finally, use IrfanView to display the clipboard and crop as necessary. Lots of steps, but nothing to download and install.

Tiling an image won't make it seamless, that's why. The object is not to multiply an image (which could also be done by pasting it into MS Paint), but to make it tile seamlessly. Nor is a tiled image generator relevant. The image presumably exists, it is a normal image that shows its edges clearly when tiled. The 8bf filters will blend the edges so that the formerly normal image will tile without visible lines. *exasperated sigh*

A good test, if a tile is really seamless, is to use it as the background image for a HTML page.
