gif problem

hello i have problem my irfan dont reading some jpgs. i reinstall and instal plugins....

Never mind bad ang, but you tell too little information.

This is a strange construction mix of a JPG file with an animated GIF inside.

Of course this doesn't work, JPG can't handle multiple frames, so it gets black.

I see from the snapshot that you are having seamless tiles as background in your "tla" folder.
Some of them as JPG format, other as GIF.
