Plugin Effects

I have just updated my IV to the latest version and found out that I was not able to use 'fine rotation' anymore. The help text pointed me to the plugins and stated that with the plugin 'Effects' this problem should be solved. I have downloaded and installed the plugins. I see them in the Plugins folder of IV in the Program Files, but it still cannot find the option for fine rotating. Is there someone out there who knows what I might have done wrong?

There exists two possible methods to use 'fine rotation'!

The integreated function "Custom/Fine rotation" in IrfanView

The "Straighten/rotate tool" in IrfanPaint


Otherwise check whether your installation was correct!
