Requested JPEG Optimize: Don't make files larger

Sometimes when executing the JPEG optimize, the resultant file comes out larger than the original. Sometimes it is desirable, sometimes not.

Add an option to check if the optimized file is larger, and if it is then leave
original. I think the option fits beside "keep current date and time".

I totally agree... I scanned in a bunch of images (via IrfanView), and then used the Batch option to crop it from 8.5x14 to 8.5x11. At a JPeg compression rate of 80%, the resulting file(s) are a third LARGER. Dah?!

Check the JPG options on the Scan multiple images dialogue. It may be set to a lower value than 80%, which would account for the smaller file sizes.

IrfanView is also able to delete all APP markers too, like EXIF, Comment, etc. Hit Shift+J to take a look at the top checkbox.
