Problems with installing the wbz plugin

    Hi,

I downloaded the "all plugins" exe file and installed it in the appropriate folder: Program files > Irfanview > Plugins. Still I couldn't get the program to open the Webshots file (with a .wbz extension). So I went back to the website and downloaded the smaller "installer" file (also an exe file) that contained the wbz extension, installed it into the same folder, roughly (the "all plugins" exe file created a subfolder under "Plugins" called "Plugins", so I put the "installer" file in the main "Plugins" folder, one level up... this may have been my error). Still, I couldn't get Irfanview to open the Webshots/ wbz file. So I went back and downloaded a zip file with the wbz extension alone, unzipped it and copied it to the Windows system 32 folder as suggested in the ReadMe file. Needless to say (otherwise I would not be here!), it didn't work. Help!

    Hi nafri,

You can at least check the plug-in is installed: use Help | Installed Plugins and look for the WBZ plug-in (WBZ.DLL) in the list.

Can you post a wbz file so I can try?
