I say: LOL
I got mad. I fired up a text editor that is easy to cut columns in. I took out the "Flt0000=" stuff, sorted the lines alphabetically, pasted the numbers back. Then I said, "Shoot, why not..." and shifted a few things to add a separator. That went off very well, so I dumped and reloaded the whole nine yards and did it all over again better.

Sorted by folder, mostly
I also made sure I fixed the total count -
[Filters]
Count=nnn
- at the top, although it worked without changing that in my first trial.
As long as the numbers come out right and the very simple syntax is adhered to, everything is fine. Separators can be added anywhere, category headings put in...life is good if you have the tools.
Subpad is my favorite quickie column cutter, but there are others - you can even do it in Word (hold down the Alt key while dragging the selection) - but never save an important non-Word-doc file from Word.
I use NoteTab for sorting lines, and for other operations that save a lot of time. Try the free version if you don't have it yet.
This is a Good Thing to do after you have all your favorite filters organized in folders.
Caveat H4x0R: 1. Don't forget the two pipe symbols after the non-filter lines, or things can get a little messy if you add/remove filters afterward through the dialog.
2. There are some filters that require something after the line-end pipe, maybe only the numeral 1 but if it's not there a lot of garbage will be added and the filter won't work. Makes manual additions tricky!
