Exif error

Hi,

I loaded IrfanView and am excited to use it but I keep getting an error when i pull up a jpg and try to view the exif information. It says:

"Can't load PlugIn: "Exif.DLL"!

Please install or update plugins from IrfanView homepage"

I have loaded all of the plugins and am not sure what to try next. Maybe I am not knowledgeable enough about computers to be able to work through this. I searched through the forum for answers but found none. Please help if you can.

Hi TGTBT,

Which version of IrfanView do you use?
Do you have installed the "Exif.dll"?
If Yes: Which version of "Exif.dll" do you have installed (menu "Help / Installed plugins")?

Hi Frank,

Thanks for responding. Ok It saved somewhere else and i had to run it. When i reopened IrfanView and went to menu, it showed up.
