I set my options with Starting Index = 1, Increment = 1 and Number of Digits = 2. But after scanning several pages I discover that I only have the last image under the filename01. Each scan works as I can see the image change in the main window behind the scanning window, but the image just keeps getting overwritten by the next one without incrementing the filename. I'm not sure exactly when this started but I noticed it in 4.0 and the problem still exists in 4.1.

That's the same problem described in this thread. Grr! It's a very bad bug, that the consecutive naming only works some of the time.
I hope it can be fixed soon.

I saw that thread, but didn't think it was the same problem because that thread seems to refer to only the command line functionality. But if fixing one will fix the other then
