I found a site offering an Irfanview Platinum version. Is this site at all related to or endorsed by Irfan Skiljan (The author)?

GRRRRR. The only "platimum" is what those slimy thieves hope to invest in with their ill-gotten gains. i don't know what the deal is with that site, but I would not trust anything that I might download there. They could have all sorts of nasty tricks bundled with it. One thing is certain, their motives are anything but pure.

Hello.

I am writing to report the spreading of a trojan, and copyright infringement at:

http://www.irfanview-pro.com

Which is hosted on your servers. The actual copyright owner is Irfan Skiljan (irfanview@gmx.net) and the actual copyright software/web site can be found at:

http://www.irfanview.com

irfanview-pro.com is hosting an install file that contains a trojan, as well as charging people for free software with a copyright that is owned by someone else, and was created by someone else.

Please handle this according to your EULA or TOS. The copyright holder can be contacted at irfanview@gmx.net
