IV x64 (latest version (4.40)) does not read image files (JPG, PNG etc.) on network devices by double clicking the file. It seems that IV64 works but than no action. The permissions of the files on the network device are fine and the files are not corrupt. Using the internal Windows viewer these images are readable, the same with Speedcommander.
Only IV64 doesn't read these files.
The images are at a Synology and a file server running Windows 7 Pro x64. No difference, on both systems the files will not be read.
I have tested on two workstations, one running Win 7 Pro x64 and another Win 10 Pro x64. With both systems the same behaviour. On Win 10 I work with a local account and as USER - this means I don't have any special privileges.
May I have to set special switches?
