I have two folders of files A and B (both inside another folder). I open up enclosing folder and turn on "add subfolders" and click "add all"
All files from both A and B are added to the batch list
Now I need to remove a few files from A that were previously converted. Select the first few files and press Remove. Files are removed from the list, along with ALL files from A folder.
Interestingly, if you then try to add the missing files back, they do not appear in the A folder anymore. You can only see the ones that you intended to remove (the ones that were highlighted before you pressed REMOVE button.)
