v4.20 Installation Error
Hello -
We are having an issue with the program after we install it. We have installed the Irfanview 4.2 release on Windows XP SP-3 32-bit machines. When we get to the end of the install dialog and it starts up the program, everything runs fine. However, when we close out of Irfanview and attempt to start it up again we get the dialog box as shown on the attachment. We then have to re-install the program in order for it to function again.
Any idea what could be causing this?
