Reported V4.32: Batch Ignores Files with Leading Periods

In the Batch dialog, the Add and AddAll buttons omit any files starting with periods,
like "... something.jpg" even when it's the only highlighted file. Drag and drop still works.

I'd converted several directories with varying settings only to notice I'd lost some files and had to start over. : /
