Export from HEIC to JPG - EXIF data lost

When I export photos from HEIC to JPG IrfanView don't save EXIF data, all data are lost

Not a bug; just an unsupported feature.

HEIC is a commercial format. It's support is very limited outside the Apple universe. IrfanView doesn't support HEIC directly, it uses Windows Imaging Component to get the decoded image data. You might get a dedicated tool to do the conversion properly.
