Forwarded V4.59 French tanslation 2 issues

Hello

The issues are not in the translation wording but on the view behavior.
Sorry if that issue had already been reported but I could not find it.
I am using Irfanview V4.59 32b on windows 10

1 on "Add Overlay text .." setting view
There are 2 translation dlls : french_1 and french_2
-With french_1
Line "Insert text mode" is not displayed, and the 3 buttons are there

-With french_2
Line "Insert text mode" is displayed, BUT the 3 buttons are reduced to a very thin upper line very difficult to click.

This "Insert text above/below image" is a great new function of V4.59
It would be great if french locutors can fully use it.

The help text when hovering icons do not show in french

IrfanView is translated by volunteers. Please report these bugs to the translator. The contact information is available in the language settings dialog. Select the language DLL and the information will be displayed below.
