Confirmed Move file no longer works when Thumbnails is active and loading thumbnails

Hello team,

I would like to report a bug in the latest i_view64 v4.62 (also found in 4.60). How to reproduce:

1. Start irfanview and open an image in a folder with many images (say 500)
2. Press Enter to go fullscreen
2. Press 'T' to load thumbnail sheet
3. While Thumbnails is loading the thumbails and the counter in the window title bar is counting up, go back to the irfanview screen by pressing 'Tab'
4. Attempt to move a file by press 'F7' to open the Move file popup windows
5. the Move file function does not work with no Move file window open, the irfan view window simply drops out of full screen, keep pressing F7
6. The Move file function will only works after Thumbnails finishes loading all thumbnails.

I also have Irfanview 4.52 in another folder and this problem is not present in that version v4.52.
