Confirmed GIF Animation is Cropped

Hi,

I have a 3 MB GIF Animation, which is cropped on left and right side when it is shown in IrfanvView V4.70
System: Windows 10 64bit / IrfanView 4.70 64bit

The full picture is shown correctly



As you see in "Microsoft Edge" the picture is shown correctly.
Is this a bug?

I am unable to download the animation to test it.
“rPET_CHANGE_OCEAN_3840x1640px_Header_Animation_v2 .gif” is not animated.

Extract all frames. You will see that only one frame is full size; the others are just the pens that change colour.
I suspect that this either an unsupported feature, or a known bug.
