The Edit | Create Custom Selection option lets you change the selection marquee size and position. It would be useful if some of these option could be changed using the keyboard. For example:
It would also be nice if:
- Press CTRL to display corner handles that can be moved with the cursor
- CTRL + SHIFT to allow handle movement, but locking the aspect ratio
- CTRL + ALT to allow handle movement, but forcing a square marquee
It would also be nice if:
- The Custom Selection window could display as a dockable window, so that sizings could be changed during editing/moving the marquee.
- The selection supported feathering, so that pasted images blended better with the destination
- There was an option for different shaped marquees such as (a) circle (b) freehand.
