1. Open Task Manager and go to the Performance tab.
2. Open a picture in full-screen mode or fit-to-screen mode where the "Resample" option is enabled.
3. Keep advancing to the next picture (arrow key or mouse wheel), and notice how only 1 CPU core is maxed out in utilization.
I bet if images were resampled using all cores, there'd be a huge performance increase. This would be a killer feature.
