I often have to use DPX cinema files. The only DPX image file viewer I know of is 'DPX Viewer' by Kritsada Kaewmani and Pornpol Sakarin. While it seems to work reasonably well, I can't drag image files onto it, and it's a little clunky to use.
Since Irfanview is so quick to use when searching through large numbers of files, I would love to see it able to also view DPX files (and possibly Cineon - although they are an Eastman Kodak proprietary format). I appreciate that these files raise issues like 10 bit log and linear colour and metadata, but even if it were just possible to view the file with options to convert log to linear or sRGB, that would be wonderful.
Any plugin developers out there interested?
