I would greatly appreciate this feature: get 100% zoom view on an area centered on a point given by a mouse click on the image.
Since a mouse click alone is already used by Irfanview, the mouse click could be mixed with some keyboard combination.
Idealy, another simple action could go back to the previous view.
Let us imagine, for instance:
Ctrl + Shift + left-click on a point => 100% zoom on this point
Ctrl + Shift + right-click on the 100% zoom => go back to previous state
