hi, thanks for the great app, the best image viewer by far 
here are two feature requests:
1. to be able to modify the view options when in "windowed" mode, i.e., I like to have irfanview start in windowed mode, not in full screen. When starting that way the viewer resizes all small images to fit to the screen, so what I am asking for is basecally the same customization options for the viewing in "windowed mode" as the ones you already have for "full screen/slideshow".
2. a plugin to customize the keyborad shortcuts for the program. is that possible? I find the default shortcuts a little bit difficult to memorize, so I would like to be able to change them.
