Requested Batch synchronize folders with different image types

Let's say you have converted tiff/*.tif into jpeg/*.jpg

Then you delete some images from the jpeg folder.

Irfanview should be able to batch-delete the images that are missing in the jpeg folder in the tiff folder, too.
