Default display - sizing to window

Using version 4.00 with Windows Vista, i'm wanting to resize the pictures to fit the window automaticaly.

What i've tried to do is 'Properties', 'Full Screen', and choose 'Fit to Screen : large images only', but the picture will still come in at 100% even though to fit the screen it needs to be reduced to 30%.

Am i doing something wrong, or not doing something right?

Can't confirm this behaviour.
Check your settings at 'View/Display options.
