Jpeg Library error making pdf
I work for a company that scans many documents that can be looked up via a single application. I can use irfanview with the plugins to scan the items when logged in as administrator but not for the other users who do the scanning. I can't always be there to type in the username and password to give these users rights to scan so I am looking for another solution. It gives the error when Save as is chosen and as pdf is chosen that is shown in my attachment. It seems obvious to me that there is some rights issue going on here but I can't for the life of me figure out what directory I have to give the rights to for their user accounts. I have already given full rights to c:\program files\irfanview and to c:\documents and settings\all users and neither of these has solved the problem.
