looping flash video clips?

I am not able to create a slideshow that has Flash video clips that loop until the next slide interval occurs. I make these clips myself simply by converting avi video into flv. They are of varying length.

Any solution to this within Irfanview, or do I need to use some other software first before I use it in Irfanview?
