I store my photos as TIFFs. I would like to tag them permanently by putting tags into either the IPTC or EXIF metadata. I see how to do this for jpegs (under JPG lossless operations), but I see no way to do it for tiffs. Does Irfanview have this capability? If so, can Irfanview display these tags and use them for sorting thumbnails?
