Change language without open i_view32.exe

Hi. I'm trying to automate the change of language of Irfanview. Is this possible?

First I tried changing the first lines of i_view32.ini but didn't work.

[Language]
DLL=ENGLISH
Lang=English

to

[Language]
DLL=SPANISH
Lang=Spanish

Maybe I should create a batch file or .reg . I don't know, can you help me please?
