Allow for batch processing

I am constantly changing the Pixel size of the album covers inside my downloaded MP3s because they won't show up on my car player. I can extract them, but then I have to resize them 1 at a time in order to make them the right size to show up on my car mp3 player. It would be great if I could search all my folders for JPGs, and then either 1) Batch resize them or 2) have right-click context menu options to access various of the IrfanView capabilities.
