Batch conversion from *.psd to *.png

I want to perform batch conversions of photo's in *psd with transparent background into *.png with remaining the transparent background. I tried every possible option, but I only get a *png with a non-transparent (white) background after conversion and that is not my intention. What am I doing wrong ? Has any one a clue ?

IrfanView has limited transparency support. It is nor suitable for converting pictures with partial transparency (alpha channel). Please use more advanced conversion program, for example ImageMagick, very powerful command line image converter.
    My system: IrfanView 4.62 64bit, Windows 10 22H2, Intel Core i5-3570, 16GB RAM, NVidia GTX 1050Ti 4GB

IrfanView displays a flattened version of the picture that generated by Photoshop and written into the PSD file for compatibility and fast display. The background of it is white. If you are looking for a GUI tool for this job, maybe FastStone Viewer can be useful. It seems to work with transparency. Double check that the blending around the edge looks correct. XnView Classic attempts to compose transparency but leaves a white outline.

        ImageMagick for MS-Windows

May need Python runtime and Ghostscript already installed.
