Batch conversion Add new subfolder automatically

I have a quite complicated folder structure with huge amounts of jpg files that I will run through the Auto-adjust-color filter. I want the Auto adjusted jpg files to be stored in a subfolder named Auto. I get it to work if a subfolder is made before starting the Batch. This will be time-consuming to make one subfolder for each collection of pictures. How can these Auto subfolders be made automatically as the Batch Conversion runs down the folder structure?

It would also be convenient if the original jpg files, in the jpg folder, could have been moved to a subfolder Original. That is making 2 new subfolders jpg\Auto and jpg\Original
