Solved File Viewing Within a Folder

I love the program but I can't get it show me the pictures in a given folder one after the other when I press the arrow key. If I select an image within a folder, I can see the picture selected, but when I press the arrow key, I get an image from somewhere else within explorer, not from the folder I am in.

I can't find the setting to allow me to see all pictures in one folder. I've set OPTIONS-->SET FILE LIST but the arrow key still takes me to images in folders elsewhere in my computer. What am I missing?
