Can I set my "insert text" settings to always load when I open an image?

I've configured insert text to display the image title with the variable $E270. Great feature! Thanks! I would like to be able to have it display the text every time I open an image. I haven't found a way to do this. Is it possible?

Thanks, I'll have to see if that will create a setting where my Image Title will always display whenever I open an image file.
