After the transfer to the new server, Opera is giving me warnings about an invalid certificate.

    Hi,

please remove https (use http://irfanview-forum.de) or accept the certificate to use a secure connection

To the domain related question: Together with my second Administrator + founder of the forum, we decided only to use this url - but you're right, the old url (irfanview-online.de) is still left on the offical IrfanView site(s), so I will contact Irfan in order to link to this forum directly.

Not that easy, Stefan. I still cannot get to the site using Firefox. If I use the http prefix in Firefox it gets changed back automatically to the old https one when I try to log in. It then displays an invalid certificate message. What is more Firefox seems to have removed the "I trust this site" option in that message box so there is no way to proceed.

I switched to Chrome to get here but I doubt if most users would be that persistent.

    Hi,

after accepting that certificate, you will be redirected to the "normal" http://irfanview-forum.de. If that won't help, please go to "Edit" -> "Preferences" -> "Privacy" -> "Clear All History" -> and mark "Cookies", "Cache", "Active Logins", "Offline Website Data" in Firefox + Restart your browser.
