    Solved Not saving scans in Batch scanning mode - also save buttons not working

    Until today everything worked fine.
    Used batch scanning mode for ages and never had a problem.

    Now this:

    I start Irfanview - Acquire/Batch Scanning

    I have settings as always, see screenshot.

    I make a preview, then scan. Scanner works and the image appears. Image Titel ist correct in the Irfanview Window but its nowhere to be found as a file. Not on the HD in the specified folder nor anywhere on C:

    (I removed my file paths in the attached image, already tried different HD´s and folders)

    Also when clicking File - Save oder File Save as just Nothing happens.

    Image Information shows like in attached image: not a file.

    Restarting the system and replugging scanner didnt change anything,

    Basically I cant use Batch Scanning mode any longer.

    Single Image scans works fine. I Preview, scan, the image shows in Irfanview and I click save and I´m able to save it.


    Win 7 64bit system.
    CanoScan Lide 210
    Irfanview 4.38 Portable Version (inside PortableApps Suite)

    Any thoughts on this or tips for me?

    Ok, I tried reinstalling the App in PortableApps Suite after I found out that a second new installation of IrfanViewPortable worked without problems.

    Now its working there again, too

    Maybe the last update in the Suite had a problem... I´ll leave the thread open and will mark it as solved soon.
