Fixed IV 4.40: Slow picture scrolling in folder with many files

Unpack test.7z to some dir - it contains 40001 small files and 1 picture.
In IV choose "load custom file types" in Options - properties - extensions and click "load default extensions".
Open test picture and try to scroll - it very slow! IV using 33% CPU (1 core of 3) for several seconds!
It depends from file types count - with empty types list scrolling faster, but still slow and using 33% CPU (hold "down arrow" key).

Are you serious? What a waste of time! These are apparently not even image files, and have no extension.

      Yes, im serious.
Unpack all files from archive, change IV settings as in first post (and coose "fit widow to image" in view - display options), open test picture in IV (or any other large image) and try scroll the picture.

Almost fixed in new test version - now custom file types does not affect.
