I would like to see the Y-axis of histograms changed from a linear scale to a logarithmic scale. In situations where there are a few lines drawn on white paper, the log scale would enable me to see how dark the darkest lines are. With a linear scale, the few dark pixels do not stand out above the baseline. The logarithmic Y-axis would have to start at 1, 10, 100, or 1000, depending on the total number of pixels in the image.
