Reported Scrolling breaks the resize filter with some png's (while fullscreen) iv 4.42 32bit

I had to revert back to my trusty iv 4.38 (problem solved)

Setting are exactly the same (image smaller than my desktop res)

    *resize/resample image
    size method --> lanczos
    preserve aspect ratio

    *options/settings/fullscreen options
fit image width to screen width
use resample function for 1st show of an image

The resize filter only stays as long as I don't scroll with either a left/right click drag, mousewheel or arrow keys.

    P.S
Can you change the dark color of irfanview/associated files/jumplist? It really makes me feel depressed...

After years, still the same "bug" with resize scrolling on full screen

I'm still stuck on 4.38 for this very reason.

Let's start with what it seems to be fixed (4.51 32-64bit):
Now I can read my mangas with the pages starting from the top

    The "bug"
Normally my settings for fullscreen are:

-fit image width to screen width
-use resample function for first display

    Resize options

    -Lanczos
-use fast resample for image shrinking
    -improve gamma

Everything works as intended on 4.38, when I upgraded to 4.51 I noticed that with the same settings the resample filter will disable itself when scrolling. It only scrolls without issue If I pick "use resample function for zooming" introducing "lag" while scrolling from the extra? filtering.

The resize quality seems to be exactly the same between picking "resample function for zooming" or not in 4.38 but if I check that option the scrolling will lag a lot, it's way less noticeable in the new 4.51 64bit. but I can notice it, but If I unchecked it, the filter will not work.

BTW, scrolling to the next file is faster on the new 64bit version.
