Requested Make the NAME of the ini-file variable

As I wrote elswhere (https://irfanview-forum.de/showthread.php?t=10817), I am using different ini files for different purposes. Sometimes, I have two or even more ini files for a single directory.
But in the command line, I can only specify the DIRECTORY, where the ini file is to be found. So, I need a separate directory for every 2nd, 3rd ... ini file (which contains nothing but the respective ini file).

Why not allow the name of the ini file to vary (and be specified with the full path) in the command line?
(Within certain limits, perhaps, e.g. always begining with i_v......)

I'd support that. Many times I have wished for this and in fact implemented my own rather clumsy batch-based way of doing this.
Sometimes I need very different "Copy To" and "Move to" environments
