Can't get IV to center printing on 4X6 photo paper

I set it up like this.

Name:	SetUp.PNG
Views:	1
Size:	60.6 KB
ID:	84916

It prints the image about 1/4 inch from the top.
    What's my next move?

    1. There seems to be a disagreement over the image size - 10cm x 15cm at the top and 5cm x 6.6cm at the bottom right. Try resetting the dpi value or leaving it blank in Image > Information > Resolution.

    2. Create an image with Image > Create new. How does it print?

    3. Check the Printer Setup parameters.

4x6 inches doesn't precisely equal 10x15cm, so perhaps switching from cm to inches (bottom left corner of the print dialog) might be worth trying.

        currently running 4.56 / 32 bit

Can you upload the file here or on a fileshare site.

You have not replied to "2. Create an image with Image > Create new. How does it print?"

Click Start, point to Settings and click Printers. Right-click the appropriate printer, and then click Properties. Click the selected 4x6 thermal labels Paper tab, and then click the paper size you want to use in the Paper Size box. Click OK, and then close the Printers folder.
