Image size 24400 px after command line batch scanning

    Hello,
I've been trying to use batch scan from command line with this command:
    "C:\Program Files (x86)\IrfanView\i_view32.exe" /batchscan=(scan,1,1,4,0,c:\temp,jpg,0) /scanhidden
and after this I have image of THAT size:

Name:	Capture.PNG
Views:	1
Size:	9.1 KB
ID:	84966
if I try to add "resize=(2339,1654) /resample" (full command '"C:\Program Files (x86)\IrfanView\i_view32.exe" /batchscan=(kotuseva,1,1,4,0,c:\temp,jpg,0) resize=(2339,1654) /resample /scanhidden') it has no effect at all. But if I try "resize=(300,300)" the image is resized.
/crop command doesn't work for me as well (no effect).

Where is that size of image comes from and how I can change is to A4 format?

Where the size of image (in pixels) comes from is your scanner. Unless your original is 10 foot high then I doubt very much that it was scanned at 200dpi.
What I would do is to make a single manual scan of the image in question and in the scanner dialog see what resolution is set for each of the axes. I suspect that you probably have it set to scan at some ridiculously high value like 4800 dpi.
