Reported Missing drive folder in Thumbnail windows after upgrading 4.44 to 4.50

    Hi,
    Windows 7 SP1 64-bit
    Use both Irfanview+ Plug-ins 32 and 64-bit
After upgrading from 4.44 to 4.50, thumbnail windows don't show my F drive in its explorer windows, so can't browse this F drive.
Windows explorer show all drives (even F). see 2 attach jpgs.

I don't see any problem in Windows 10. The only difference is that the Thumbnails view shows my DVD drive, whereas Windows Explorer does not. I plugged in a couple of USB Flash drives.

Thanks Bhikkhu for your response, it's strange, did you have thumbnail pictures in the right part and did you browse the dvd drive ?
My case : browse F drive folder (it appears below the menu and all thumbnail are shown in the right part), so i can't navigate outside this folder.

PS: this occurs even downgraded to IV 4.44.

There are limitation on drive name ? because mine 'SeagateBUPlusDrive2TB_2' has 23 characters while all others have less than 11 characters.
It's only affect my drive F, all other drives is OK.

Have you tried renaming the drive in Windows Explore? Right-click, Properties.

Not much more that I can do without Windows 7.

Send a bug report to Irfan Skiljan and tell us what he says. (Help menu, About IrfanView).
