Default Using zoom and changing window size independently

It would be great if zooming and the window size and position were independent of each other. My previous version reset the photo size when I resized the window which was annoying but now it's actually worse. 4.51 leaves the photo the same size when I resize the window(GREAT!) but the window moves around when I zoom, often leaving most of the picture off of the viewing screen.

    Version 4.51, 64bit, Windows 10, multiple screens.

Also, is it possible to hide the scroll bars leaving just the minimal window frame and the picture. We could still move the picture within the frame with other methods.

Check out the Display options on the View menu

Try "Do not fit anything," then resize the window by dragging the corner handle, and zoom the image using the scrollwheel, while pointing to the area of interest.

Also try Fit images to Window.

    Thank you.

"Do not fit anything" works perfectly. It was probably there in the other version too.
