Is there a way to make all GIFs play at a certain number of frames per second? I know I can adjust the playback speed of any GIF with keyboard shortcuts, but having to do that gets annoying if I'm dealing with a lot of GIFs, so I'd love to be able to ensure my GIFs always play back at a speed I like.
