Batch conversion can't write file when using subfolders

    I'm using Ver 4.51 32bit on Windows 7 x64
When i'm setting name pattern $d\$N program can't save file to output directory. If i remove "" then it works, but i need to keep original structure for converted files. I also used $D$N with same result.

I found that i seems have to use Output directory field for directory placeholder, it works for $d, but i need to keep deeper structure. When i'm using $D it generates wrong path and file either can't be saved.
