    Resize preserving original date/time

    Hi,

I have been trying to adapt derniwi's batch (https://irfanview-forum.de/showthread.php?t=8223) for my needs but one thing I cannot solve and cannot find an answer for is the command to keep original date and time after resizing.
I've seen the posts regarding the use of .ini, but I'd like the script to run on different computers, regardless of hosts .ini.
Isn't there a /something that can be added to the script, somewhere between /resample and /convert= or wherever else ?

    Thank you for your answers,

    Yrkoutsk

You might try the /jpg_rotate=(0,0,0,1,0,0,0,0) function. According to the help file the 4th parameter is 'Keep current date' .

    currently running 4.56 / 32 bit

I know this is an old thread, but I think it is useful to know. It toke me a looong time to find out:

The command-line batch conversion is using the last setting of "Save file with original date/time" of the Save file dialog (see tick-box at the bottom).

But I will gladly include the /jpg_rotate parameter now !!!
