Example: I've just scanned in a old photo whose dimensions are 2.56 x 4.13 inches. I would like to display this on my screen so that the displayed image is that size. I would also request that this display setting be a "sticky", so I can view photos one after after in the same size as the original prints. The net effect of this is like I was just looking through my original stack of photos.
Seems as though this should be fairly easy. The scanned dimensions are available in irfanview (seen in Image-Information, on the Print Size line), and presumably you can inquire of the OS (Win 10 in my case) what screen size and resolution is being used. That should be sufficient to set the magnification. Hope you agree!
