Confirmed Resize double option adds 1 to resulting dimension

If I open a 320x200 image, go to resize, and click double. The new dimensions become 641x401 instead of 640x400.

This is very strange, it doesn't seem to happen all the time, but it is happening most of the time. Some resolutions it seems to double the dimensions correctly but often it adds 1.

(I just updated to 4.52 32-bit version and it still happens there, but this was affecting a slightly older version too, 4.48?)

I observe this issue if the "Set new size as percentage of original" radio button is active at the time of pressing Double. As a workaround, I can perform any resize to "pixels", which saves this method as the default, or enter 200 in the percentage box instead of pressing Double.
