[4.52] Add EXIF>GPS button to toolbar?

    Hello,

I often need to know where a picture was taken.

    It requires multiple clicks:
    1. In the toolbar, click on "I"
    2. Click on "EXIF info"
    3. Click on "Show in…"
    4. Click on Exit
    5. Click on OK.

Is there a way to add a shortcut in the toolbar? I looked in View > Show toolbar options/skins but found nothing obvious.

    Thank you.

Pressing "E" will take you to EXIF data directly, then "Alt-M" to Google Maps or "Alt-O" to OpenStreet, etc., if you don't mind using the keyboard. "Esc" closes EXIF Info.

Maybe a script could speed it up even further, but it's good enough.

      Thanks!

There is no way to add custom toolbar buttons, you could, I believe, find many old threads about this, but I wouldn't expect this to change soon, if ever. There are very many (unchangeable) keyboard shortcuts available, though, and one has to remember only a small, needed part.
